Production in our own plant, delivery throughout the country
Our modular homes are manufactured in our plant with precision and attention to every detail. Thanks to the flexibility of the system, we can transport and assemble the modules in any corner of Uruguay, guaranteeing fast and efficient delivery times.

High-quality materials for a warm and long-lasting home
The modules rest on concrete bases and the entire structure is of wood framing, made of eucalyptus grandis wood. The interiors are covered with plaster and thermal insulation for optimal comfort, while the natural wood floors and ceilings provide warmth. The exterior is covered with fiber cement, and the pre-painted metal roofing sheets ensure resistance to weather conditions.

In addition, homes include top-quality electrical and sanitary installations. Bathrooms are tiled with ceramic, wooden furniture and FV or similar taps. The kitchen is fully furnished, including an overhead cabinet with extractor hood, base cabinets and granite countertop, ready for daily use. Houses have Probba aluminum openings. Each bedroom has its own closet, and every module is delivered with final paint.

All our projects include BPS (Bank of Social Welfare in Uruguay) and the work of the architect, so that your new modular home complies with current regulations and the highest quality standards.
